I'm looking to bring on some help, and actually am going to consider bringing on a long-term tenant of mine with construction experience to help with tenant turnover, make ready preparedness, etc.Mainly just curious about the first "employee" process, and any major pitfalls or successes that other investors have realized once you have started building out your team.
