How do they treat people that are close to them?

Is this how it works, wanted to know from people who have their star’s managed my property management company?

Last time I checked only people who have lost a home are those who do not pay.

Most people have the last 30 months. 

Keeping in touch with people in the field might help you keep updated and perhaps lead to profitable collaborations.By thoroughly researching, budgeting wisely, and managing your projects carefully, you can successfully flip houses even in a new state.

One solution I see some people do is to partner with another investor on a couple of deals where each brings something to the table...more capital, experience, etc.

Now I know there are an army of people that are going to tell me that I should have done my own screening of the public records, and all I can say is I know.

instead, why not find a market 1-2 hours away where you can be hands-on / in-person?
