,also, yes I see why you would have to sell a mortgage at a steep discount because there would be a tiny amount of buyers and not much market for it.also banks yes are allowed to loan up to whatever the reserve rate is and they can package multiple mortgages and sell them off. 

Whereas if you operate the properties as the landlord/owner/member of the owner your general liability commercial package or landlord policy will cover your activities.

I thought I got everything I needed, only to find out I need to buy additional tax package in order to have them prep tax for me. 

Example, food processing. 

Homes are just not affordable and combined with the inflation in prices of food and fuel I think there has got to be a limit.
