We had Investor Carrot and Lead Propeller personally build both landing pages so they represented the best each had to offer.We had a custom site built that outperformed Investor Carrot by 1% conversion rate, but it was pricey, so for anyone starting out, either option is a good option for "renting" a landing page (you don't own it), but once you get to the point that a $15K custom site is worth a 1% increase in conversions (and up from there), make the move to a custom site by someone who knows what they are doing. 

Regardless of when I purchased, the appreciation has out performed the cash flow even on my 2 poorly timed purchases. 

Those now seem to be outperforming real estate.

But the money we have in our buildings seemingly will always outperform the money we'd put in our investments, though nothing is for sure.

But economy will likely outperform estimates.

Can we assume that stocks will continue outperforming in the long run? 

Without a doubt, in non-covid years, STRs outperform LTRs hands-down. 

So far this month Facebook has far out performed Zillow Rental Manager (Zillow, Trulia and Hot Pads) going by the inquiry matrix.

Mark why do I have to always school you on how 100k in Apple stock will out perform a 100k plains state SFR:) I tease. 

I think once you factor in vacancy and headaches a lot of higher end properties can out perform lower end ones.I find in Memphis a 100K home that shows 11% net will actually deliver 10%.And a 30,000 20% net on paper might put 7 to 8% in your jeans.If you can fund it go for the good stuff!!
