There are waiting lists in my area.I’m considering experimenting with a smaller budget remodel… and not putting in a full kitchen… just a kitchen with fridge and microwave.  

I get Behr that is on the shelf for $22 delivered direct from Behr factory for $10.92, cabinets at Lowe's for as much as 24.4% off, my appliance package is Frigidaire stainless and is a 4 burner gas or electric freestanding range, a microwave with vent, and a dishwasher.

Tenant had texted me couple days ago that when they use the microwave it trips the breaker, etc. 

they haven't cleaned the microwave once in the past year nor the oven.

There is no white microwave (as pictured below).

So before turning on the microwave, for example, we need to make sure the washer and dryer are not on.

So I got that fridge, range, vent hood, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and gas drier for $800 all together.

This is why people in Finland are stashing Money in their microwaves.

There was even a bundle of stainless steel Samsung appliances for about $2,600 (fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, & a mountable microwave).
