Since they can't have prepayment penalties for conforming loans (and probably because the Gov't isnt' supporting this for investors), the rule is that they can't originiate a loan without 6months of a prior action on the Title (or somthing like that).This is a common issue with investors wanting to move REALLY fast with brrr or whatever their investing methodology

once your floor is level its time to begin. your very first course of tile is very important/I did not really understand all the books methodology of measuring and finding the square etc. what I did is laid one or two courses without thinset but with spacers.once I was confident that these were straight I laid the next tile next to them. point to note when laying the first cemented row of tile next to the trial run be sure not to push the the trial row out of position or you will end up being crooked. tip four get the right consistecy do not mix too much at once. for a beginner perhaps 1/4 of a bag then try 1/2 bag.

When you read through the BBB's posted methodology of how non-accredited companies are scored - and the assumptions made - and see the BBB site shows only thee registered contacts (reviews or complaints) concerning the company, the ranking affords ample goodwill towards the organisation (essentially, you are assumed to do good, until we hear otherwise) and is statistically insignificant.After investing an evening doing a little background work on Renatus, I still do not see clearly what you are selling, nor how it would benefit me more than seeking accredited education from a university or community college at a lesser cost?
