Example persons running SMLLC placing their properties in it, adding the SMLLC as additional policy holder on the current landlord insurance helps in those instances of lawsuits bit more.

Hello there,It's my understanding that the LLC alone does not offer you protection, it merely separates you from your business, hence the limited liability aspect.

The landlord is not charging an application fee, merely directing the potential tenant to a service to purchase their own reports at their own cost. 

Convince me other than just mere words that DMM does not suck.That is the problem with a bunch of you peops.

But, in case  this is mere unjustified ego (I DOUBT it)... if I one day suddenly disappear... you know what must have happened... unless I really graduated to God status, and then I am going leave this rotten place and play with all your lives and miseries!
