I work full time in health care where i want to start building other forms of cash flow.

They are an elderly couple whom have resident status in another state and are looking to sell due to the failing health of the husband.

In the same series they post about how they wouldn't let the repair people or landlord on the premises and made multiple calls to code enforcement and county health department.  

The program's focus is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public.

Very dangerous and a threat to both his health and the overall "health" of your property.

I've written about it on BP in details and recently discussed it with one of the Ohio Health Directors in Columbus.  

I came from a very financially poor childhood where nothing was ever handed to you, you had to work to get everything and I guess that I have never gotten away from that mentality.

Shared well, separate 3br septics that have been inspected and are good (Have to add a holding tank per Health Dept. as new regs require 500 gal holding per bedroom and both are 1000gal tanks).This is a country setting on outskirts of town (7min drive) and 1/2hr to 45min to 4 major cities where most employment is. 

They just have mentally moved on and are ready to close out the note because it's their last reminder of the property.
