I was able to edit them to contain all of the rental units per building.

LBP is nothing to be afraid of and simply needs to be disclosed to the tenant or buyer that the property  was built prior to 1978 and may contain LBP.

Adrian,If your 401k contains pre-tax contributions you can only roll it over into Traditional IRA.

If the property contains a residential structure, and if you make repairs, and if the taxpayer redeems, they will also have to pay you however much you increased the value of the property with your repairs.
