I'm looking for neighborhoods with a strong real estate market, good schools, and a sense of community.- Neighborhoods to Avoid: Are there any areas that I should steer clear of due to high crime rates, low property values, or other red flags?

My goal is to get out of high school with one or two single family homes and expand from there.

New construction SFH in a B+ grade community across the street from the high school and middle school.

I am currently living in a house in my college town my parents own (My older brother went to the same school, but is now graduated).
