I keep reading and listening to things but knowledge without action is still not a good place to be.

I know I'm asking for a lot of information, but I've been reading these forums and listening to the podcasts, and this seemed like a great community to bring this to. 

So, I wanted to get your advice on how should I proceed based on my goals.I'm pretty much starting out in the REI industry but have been educating myself for the past 3 years, listening to podcasts, masterminds, meetups, etc...

I would recommend connecting with a few investors over where you want to invest and just listen to their stories.

Hi Koen, For me it was when I was listening to podcasts and understanding what they were saying.

They want someone to bring them Gatorade, a cool towel, and a snack mix while they put their feet up and earn passive income for years without knowing a single thing or listening to anyone except people who don't know anything.

So I’ve listen to the BP podcast and they’ve said to call as many banks in your area to get the best rate.

We typically use Bigger Pockets as a helpful forum/dictionary and listen to Brent Daniels, FlipMan and Max MAxwell for guidance.
