We are in the pricey NYC area market in North Jersey.

Here in New Jersey there are laws that Define how a property is determined to be abandoned.

When I see comments about taking advantage of investors I think of another company out of New Jersey who may have ruined the lives of hundreds if not thousands of real estate investors over the last couple of years...not Memphis Invest.

My business partner is a real estate agent who is also new to the investing side of real estate, and we are mainly interested in buy-and-hold for multifamily properties in central/south Jersey.

If you're in South Jersey then an attorney isn't necessarily customary.

Preferably investors in New Jersey, but open for advice from out of state.
