If you look at a map, any city that is within 5 miles of any interstate (I-40, I-65, or I-24) would be worth it to analyze properties in, people travel sometimes over 30 miles into the city for work.I hope these answers help!

I can understand where you are coming from @Prem KumarI would also be cautious and I am because trust has to be developed and that’s not easy.firstly you have to decide what kind of property you want ,what area (local or interstate etc ) and the amount you are willing to invest ..I gather from my limited knowledge of the US property market and how the the system works, that using a buying agent is an option.

My point is because this area is so close to interstates, restaurants, etc. even though most areas score low in "walkability" you can get higher rents here.
