They are expanding Interstate 70 and building a new facility for the stock show and events Denver hosts in January.Some cities however have issues with abandoned or nuisance properties.

I don't expect it to ever lose value due to close proximity to the interstate, DTC, and lots of restaurants.  

I am looking for an agent/ broker to help protect my interstate in purchasing a large SFH portfolio.

I'm not sure on what all I will need to do before I move it on the HWY's and interstates.

If you look at a map, any city that is within 5 miles of any interstate (I-40, I-65, or I-24) would be worth it to analyze properties in, people travel sometimes over 30 miles into the city for work.I hope these answers help!

Truck stops need to be almost on or very near the interstate.

I can understand where you are coming from  @Prem KumarI would also be cautious and I am because trust has to be developed and that’s not easy.firstly you have to decide what kind of property you want  ,what area (local or interstate etc ) and the amount you are willing to invest ..I gather from my limited knowledge of the US property market and how the the system works, that using a  buying agent is an option.

My point is because this area is so close to interstates, restaurants, etc. even though most areas score low in "walkability" you can get higher rents here.

That way you can then secure your LLC - and therby your interst in the LLC- as others have mentioned above.

Both units are in close proximity to interstate highways, public transit (LA Metro) & renowned hospitals.
