How many parents are going to now be willing to move their children 2 hours from the nearest hospital?

I hope one of those memories is not having to run out to the gas station in the middle of the night because one of their children had GI issues and ran out of TP.

Hi Guys I joined BP a couple of month ago, and I'm very happy and inspired by the site, resources and great people in here.

Almost a year later, he passed away, it took a month to find his children and they took almost a month to clean out the house.  

I've included some pics of what we have done in the past.Please share some remodeled bathroom tile pics - I need inspiration!

@Matt Souza I have gotten the chance to speak with the tenants and they are not happy with the current owner and property management because their issues to them have been ignored and  the two who were saying they were ready to leave are the ones that pay late but all three are violating the terms of their current lease and since my family will be moving into one of the unit apartment with our children it isn't imperative to us that we know who isn't really living amongst us.

I expressed to her that the bee's have started stinging parents and children on the block, but she was not concerned. 

I have five young children, and I am an adjunct professor.

I'm only 25 myself, and I speak as if I am 60, but seeing this perspective in someone your age is truly inspiring!
