What untapped features in homes do you look for when looking at properties to house hack?

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

These properties which are almost identical to my property are valued at $100k or more less than my property.

I did check out the Market Maker feature though, and I feel like it's somewhat OK.

So I analyse each property individually, looking at major features like roof, heating, cooling, hot water, anything likely to break down really. 

However, there are often workarounds to utilize PM software for tracking corporate-level financials, and AppFolio has introduced features to support this.Regarding services like Monday.com, these are more suited for project tracking and team communication.

I won't detail mine here because that's a short book itself, long story short I use a scheduling system, video system and CRM with auto features to nurture and direct prospects.

--There are other public records where your identity may be discoverable including mortgages (trust deeds), utility bill guarantees, and property tax payment records. 

With some of these small features I recommend associating them with the value they provide vs just listing them. 

We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.
