You'll have to settle for a PM who'll allow that or piece meal other vendors.But don't expect any high quality management firm to want to work with you.

I did not say cook them a meal  and serve them tea (@Thomas S.. ) It very well may turn out you need to evict them for being jackasses, BUT that is a cost.
