Wholesalers in Baltimore?!

Hello,

I’m new to whole sailing I have just recently acquired my real estate salesperson license in Maryland. I’m ready to put all my time and effort and every thing I have into real estate and investing. Would really love if I could sit down for a beer/meal with a seasoned wholesaler in Baltimore and build a relationship. I can answer phones do marketing meet with potential sellers anything you need would love for a mentor to just point me in the direction.
