Landlords and Property Managers should stop inspecting occupied rentals.For residents, an inspection feels like a prison shakedown without the cavity search.For owners, negative goodwill with the residents and some photos.

Just need good will analysis and advice.  

We are purchasing storage for 450k, but the breakdown is 365k real estate and land, 75k goodwill, 5 k video equipment and 5k easement.

They can certainly asked but treat any amount of money as a gift or goodwill gesture and expect a hard no.

What good will a rental do if you already have poor savings habits?

Consider it a business expense (goodwill) and deduct it.

I usually stop reading a post when I see the word, “Facebook” because I know nothing good will follow.

It also garners a bit of goodwill with a brand new tenant.   

And junk may never disappear.There’s also rent a Home Depot truck and take it to goodwill.
