Hi,

I'm a new member to the BP community just getting around to introducing myself.  I've been investing for about 6 years now.  My wife and I own 6 rental properties. Our focus has been on investing around State College, PA since we are both Penn State grads.  I've spent my entire career as a CPA specializing in tax.  Our goal is to create passive income for retirement.  Looking forward to learning a lot from all of you!
