There is some great advise already in this forum but a couple of thoughts/general things to consider below:-List it as many places as possible Furnished Finder, Zillow, Airbnb/VRBO (30+ day stays), Facebook groups, ALE Solutions, etc.

Hi all,What is a good estimate furnishing costs for a 3bd/3ba 1800 sq ft STR/MTR? 

If you are only able to get an extra 15% from a MTR, I’m not sure that will cover the cost of furnishings as fast as furnishings depreciate.
