Once of the units has a tiny kitchen that would be quite the headache to renovate (no counter top space, no dishwasher space, and fridge against a flat wall on the opposite side of the kitchen.)

However if the fridge dies or the toilet is leaking they will call within 5 minutes and expect services to get things fixed immediately lol I honestly don’t know how you people use a pm service from far distances and make it work especially in lower income areas .

I could also seem them restricting certain appliances (giant fridge, gas stove, etc).

Couple of years ago bought my higher end fridge from them.

The market has changed considerably over the last several years and while housing prices and rents have accelerated, the cost of a new fridge or plumber repair call really has not.

I'd see if I could find some simple, metal open shelves or a small 'island' that you could put between the stove and fridge.
