For the record, much of this has a strong influence on why I do not think partial loans sales should be talked about as much as they are by the inexperienced.  

However, the fed announced last week it would start adjusting interest rates, so the libor will likely adjust too because our dollar is much too strong agains the european currencies that influence the libor.

That way you reduce the impression that you may have unduly influenced an elderly person.

It wasn't yet enough for me to see the other road but now I knew there was one.It wouldn't let up, especially not with a positive influence around. 

If you used a credit score as well then there are certain additional factors you need to add: credit score, score range, negative factors influencing score (and mentioning too many inquiries if that is a factor].BTW if you have  set standards in terms of screening you pretty much cover your FHA issues too by being obviously non discriminatory. 

Ask yourself why and have people within your circle of influence ask you why so you can explain and hear yourself.
