Interior/exterior.

I'm just worried about leveling the house which will require interior piers and exterior piers and other damage that might occur after the house is lifted/leveled...

Others may also cover the exterior and the roof.

The house needs work all around, exterior, interior, full gutting almost.

Some are even building HUD homes with 2x6 exterior walls, radiant barrier roof decking, a full house moisture barrier, low-e vinyl windows, extra roof/wall/floor insulation and high efficiency HVAC systems.

As for your particular situation, due to the fact that you changed things, not just returned to original condition, and it's exterior landscaping (maintenance, not damage), I would be hesitant to charge for that.   

The condo HOA has insurance that covers the exterior, so we just need to cover for the studs-in and contents.

For example, the exterior is brick and I wouldn’t change it because it’s a common theme in the neighborhood.
