@Jon Rusnak, you chose a great neighborhood, however prices are much higher than let's say Logan Square or other entry level neighborhoods that are next to the established neighborhoods.An established neighborhood comes with high prices while in the next neighborhood over you might be able to pay half the price and get almost the same rents with the potential of pricing to explode in the next few years.
