Hey Everyone!

I'm Patrick Orefice.  Originally from CT, schooled as a Sooner at OU, went to CO and now loving it in Charleston, SC.  I'm an architect by day and ready to start getting out from behind the desk and into the investing side of real estate.  I haven't done any deals yet and am still a newbie.  Excited to be part of BiggerPockets!
