In my experience, I hear of a lot of folks talking about this, but rare to see it actually be executed.

The shortage exists for lots of reasons, but a lot has to do with lack of trades folks to do the work, which drives costs up, which creates "unaffordable" housing. 

So this got me to thinking maybe folks should spend a few hundred bucks on a website and link to those then have the info you want to share on that website..I see websites for specific properties all the time.. its mainly high end but can be any kind this would cut down on traffic and all these requests..

One more great reason to have a great accountant guiding you like these folks posting above!!

A bank will be way more likely to loan on land already entitled.  

I dont really follow any other type of SM so i have to assume there are other sites that folks post on as well when they are upset with their investment and or who ever is running it.

A handyman, hvac usually, painter, lawn guy...Tossing out numbers to give you estimates;I strongly do not recommend new folks flipping buy a junker 2/1, and expect to punch it out to a 3/2!!!
