We will soon be outgrowing quickbooks and looking for enterprise level software that handles accounting as well as asset management.

Unless you have a metal or slate roof.A/C lasts 12-15 years.Garbage disposal lasts 5 years.Instead you could take your million dollar gain now, pay $150K in taxes (I know that it hurts like hell to write that check because I once wrote one for about 1/2 of it, plus another 9% to the state of CA), spread that money over 5 or 6 mutual funds and sleep well at night.Or invest in some commercial land/enterprises; car wash looks interesting.Good luck.all cash

Windows 7 Enterprise is still a supported version.

With QuickBooks Desktop 2017 you can - - you can remote access using Teamviewer (free), QBox or host it $ per user- you can auto send reports (but beware when you use this feature)- automatic updates (no upgrades) but you pay one time for Pro and Premier BUT with Enterprise which they sell for 1 user too is the best.

In the short-term rental space, more and more investors and enterprises have been utilising the data well.
