Have any property managers used TikTok or other popular social media sites to market your business?

For RBR - I use electronic door locks on each bathroom, 2-3 people per bathroom, build in a cleaner per month or every 2 weeks to the contract, supply toiletries and basic condiments, ensure your fridge/kitchen space is big enough and make sure you have parking.

I don't use Evolve, but I see frequent posts from people in various different social media groups complaining about Evolve so I'd proceed with caution.

Once that happened I realized that people were openly blatantly breaking the rules and there would be potentially more issues.Every door has electronic locks with a personalized door code only the guest has (I have a key and a owner code).

I like Schlage electronic locks with a key backup. $120 and installs in under ten minutes.

My friends that dug out their basement, then added bedroom, full bath, wet bar setup, and media room, probably spend $150k-200k to get about 800 sq ft, so that is $250/psf.
