I rather invest my money elsewhere and get a much better return and buy a property for lifestyle and be on the title (and that is profitable too).As an economist by training, I'm not sure what you mean by "We need to adjust our expectations about the value of money".

Don't take my word for it - look at some of the Amazon reviews.While they predicted the coming recession in 2006 correctly I have a hard time giving them too much credit for that as many people knew what was coming, myself included and i'm no economist.
