Just got the second house in my current partnership!  

They are investing in infrastructure, housing, public safety and taking the steps they need to take to attract more jobs. 

There is a single family home in front, and in back there is a guest house/loft above a garage.

If you happened to be in Jimmy’s part of Florida, and he was home, you could go over to his house, where you’d have a beer with him and personally learn “working a note” , “using recreational lots as down payments” and “real estate exchanging” right at the “masters” feet.  

I always like seeing new concepts for housing that can be used for various populations.

Stock market returns have been good and I don’t have the headaches of dealing with any additional houses or guests.
