This way, you’re not blindsided by slower months and can have a clearer overall picture.

Sounds like the Buy here pay here car dealers that get a large down payment , wait for the customer to default , repo the car and sell it again . 

Without that it will be a tough task to accomplish unless you work out some custom structure or bring the GC on the loan with you so you can leverage their direct experience.
