Rich Dad Poor Dad!

Just buying one multi-family rental is not going to make anybody rich and the Monthly Cash Flow is miniscule compared to other ways to make money with money.

I know this isn't a get rich quick plan.

I listen to the podcast constantly and I'm reading books as fast as I can read them rich dad).

Oh, and there are two more things I enjoy: writing (which you could probably tell) and networking with people (which is, in part, why I'm here).My GoalsI'm not looking to get rich quick, I'm not looking to be the next Warren Buffett.

These businesses provided educational return, they got me reading books, but ultimately I failed in terms of finding personal and financial reward through them.Approximately 6 months after my realization, my wife and I were sitting in bed and I was reading the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”.I remember distinctly, putting the book down and asking my wife “how would you feel about us selling our house and buying 2?”.

If you've read the book "Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, think about the "3 feet from gold" story he references.

I have to admit that Rich Dad Poor Dad is great tool for transforming the mind.
