Jurisdictions have differing law with respect to priority, etc.I have bought properties for relatives in the manner you are contemplating (I did it in order to give my relatives time to sell a property or obtain financing).

I have two old vehicles in my garage which I am contemplating repainting for "company" vehicles: a 1965 Greenbrier rampside truck and a 1966 VW Type-2 Transporter (Kombi w/ seats removed and converted to electric).

Hello BP friends,I've been contemplating on one of my goals, and wondering if it's possible to accomplish in 12-15 months?

I normally don't jump all over somebody for sharing their opinion, but knowing that same somebody needs or is at least contemplating liquidating their wife's 401k to expand yet is giving advice on being wealthy tells me they most likely are saddled with 5 figure car payments as well.   

I think the complex in it's current shape is worth approximately $325,000 and I think would have an ARV of $350,000.I'm contemplating offering $300,000 with 20% down, with $240,000 being financed at 5% on a 20 year amortization.
