I'm going to try to post snippets of things I've learned this past year as a way of paying it forward and gratitude for all I've learned and keep learning via this community.

- Will it be from the day of that new law forward or for the entire 2025?

I have a broker so looking for unsolicited mentor advice  hopefully there are other like minded folks that like to pay it forward. 

We focus on CapEX before beauty. as a realtor we understand selling or renting homes you have to make the home function, Roofing, windows, electrical and plumbing. after we address these we focused on beautify making sure the upgrades match the area and is forward thinking with color scheme, flooring, and flow.

As long as you are comfortable with the sponsor (Brian has a solid reputation) and the opportunity meets your criteria, then it is your decision to move forward with the investment.
