It’s interesting that they are trying to revitalize it when they just shut down the firehouse responsible for that area (30th and Clybourn).

I saw all kinds of crazy $4it that pissed me off...my water being used for water balloons, to fill kiddie pools, to wash cars...even an old bag lady that rinsed off cans she found in my trash...and that lady wouldn't shut the water off since it wasn't her problem!

I joined a good local Church, as I am a Christian and started networking.

We started with guys we knew from church or family friends who owned a few rent houses.

As long as there is no real need for the tenants to go directly into or out of the basement, I suggest either screwing the exterior doors shut or boarding them off from the outside until the problem is solved.

If that isn't the case then you might have the "go solo" option shut down immediately. 

The best part is that Universal reads, bills, collects, and performs shut off/on service all for the state allowed fee.  

When I click some of the posts the app shuts down and then I have to reopen it.
