When we asked for updated bank statements, updated paystubs, a 2 day old baby chicken, and to source a large deposit, at 7 AM, she sent all the paperwork within 5 minutes and had a courier bring us the 2 day old baby chicken within 30 minutes. 

He has already lied to you before about the 8th so he has shown you that he can’t be trusted.

If he lied about anything else then reject him. 

I agree with @Jerry W. in that the greatest risk lies with you.

Percentages lie to you.Now, as far as the cost of the loans are concerned:1 - They both have upfront fees that are paid once.2 - The cost of use for a HELOC is applied every time you use it. 

And so on ....What if the seller was lying about the counter offers?

So i sent her a demand letter and on 9th oct i filed a small claims case. 1 day later i got a check with $1800 deducted from the deposited and a long letter full of lies saying why shes deducted.

The property manager asked if we were ok with a veterinarian applicant who is bringing 5 small dogs, 1 regular size poodle and 5 chickens. 

During that conversation I told them that no contractor can promise they are going to be able to keep water out of the residence but they insist on still wanting the property.Again more weirdness me and the tenant had a big blow up argument a few weeks back around me waving rent which I decided to do during this whole fiasco I did a lot of digging and found out that she lied on her application with how much rent she is paying at her current residence with her landlord.
