Install new tile and decorative backsplash in both bathrooms (2ndfloor and basement) install new toilets (2) and two new 24-inch vanities with faucets.

I did pay commissioning to my awesome agent who sold it at full ask while we were still hanging backsplash tile.

Concrete is an excellent base to adhere ceramic tiles to. 

You are better off putting tile on the countertop.
