I LOVED getting a loan through DR Horton on a DR Horton build, that I had to pay for a DR Horton appraisal.

@Corby Goade I agree: paying a month for a professional pm to find someone to me is worth not only the time and effort but the cost.

Do you have to pay a bit of a premium for that luxury? 

You don't provide enough data to know.Every product is only worth what you are willing to pay for it. 

Less licensees paying into the pot means everyone's costs go up.

Another option is to invest in the market instead of paying down a mortgage.

I have found that they worked really well when it comes to getting better tenants and better rents, and having less hassle, less headaches, and then getting a higher sales price; without paying closing costs or realtor fees.

But this was an awesome opportunity for me because this is my first living situation where I will be on my own (and getting used to paying a rent/mortgage) but this will put my overall mortgage on a 400k house at roughly $2000 a month for the first year!

Steady pay, you can learn how to manage property and deal with people, and you'll be licensed to handle sales on the side.
