If you open up the schedule and another guest books, then I agree with @Chris Seveney that a credit (assuming the new booking is at a discounted nightly rate) would be more than generous and also lets her know that you are a reasonable host if she does decide to book again in the future.It just feels odd that she would be contacting you the day of check-in to cancel due to the weather, when she could have communicated this days ago.

@Mikhail Matorra If you’re looking for a property manager for your Airbnb, I would look at other Airbnb hosts in the area where your property is and ask them if they would manage your property as a “co-host.”

@Blaise Peterson from a PMC point of view:If the property is vacant, we'd just terminate the contract, because there's nothing really to manage and we don't just want to be used cut the grass.If tenant-occupied, there's a host of liability issues for a PMC if owner hires another agent to list for sale:1) Who knows what transgressions the Owner's agent will cause with the tenant while showing it, possibly resulting in the owner and the PMC getting sued.
