Is there any sort of laws I should be looking out for that would avoid me from getting arrested is basically what I'm asking lol.This would be for a fix and flip property where we would pay back their loan with interest.

Looking at a REO property which is in a good neighborhood and could potentially be a good investment for buy and hold strategy, however, I heard that the previous owner was arrested and bank foreclosed the property couple of months back and listed as REO.

They went back the next day and arrested them.

Whereas with under a few days you could just call the police and arrest them for trespassing.  

If you want to videotape someone, then you do have to have internet.The most important thing is not to capture intruders on camera, because let's face it, you're never going to be able to identify them to have the police arrest them.

Looked them up in the court records and found multiple arrests/court cases for possession with intent to distribute/sell of narcotics, and multiple charges for 1st, 2nd, degree assault and assault with a deadly weapon. 

I called the police and they pulled in swat style and arrested 4 teenagers.

They got drunk made a lot of noice and got arrested.

For comparison if Tesla's Musk were to get arrested for something serious, the stock would plummet instantly.
