My mentor suggested I start a meet up for several reasons which are: Control your time (have the meeting work with your schedule and where you want to be)Become a well-known connector of peopleGain thought leadership and authority in topics discussedGive back to help others get started and close more real estate dealsBuild relationships with like-minded individualsMy real estate breakfast meeting has been going strong and will continue to meet on the first and third Friday of each month.

5:00am - Map out my day with my planner + prayer5:30am - MOVE THE BODY (usually a 30-45 minute workout)6:15am - Breakfast + kids ready7:30am - Drop kids at school8:15am - Start the workdayI do this every single day, even on Saturdays and Sundays. 

My wife is trying to talk me into launching a social enterprise model for our bed and breakfast...I'd like to hear your take on that as well...

I went up to him afterwards and we talked over breakfast.

I recently found a listing agent that had a bunch of apartments that I thought looked like great deals for sale, emailed him and asked if he would share any thoughts on how to make my way toward being in his shoes, and he took me out to breakfast at a restaurant he owns and helped me with how to move forward for 2 hours, and it cost me nothing!

I wasn't trying to diss your attorney, but you will want to work with someone who does deals like this for breakfast and can advise you from direct personal experience on the legal, financial, and tax implications of each scenario.

Don't skip the breakfast tacos when you get here!
