Subject. To VS Lease Option

John Archer
Posted

Its great to be listening with a new set of ears. Today I was at a meeting, non-RE related, and a guy was talking about TRYING to sell his house. I went up to him afterwards and we talked over breakfast. He's only owned it for a year, and just wants out. I talked to him about subject to and also lease options. He's open to both. It's absolutely a pretty house. So I posted it on Craigslist, and I'm going to mention it on Linkedin as well.  I'm going to see what happens and will adjust things as needed.
