Let me hear your opinion, I just signed with my brokerage and I’m brainstorming a game plan for success.

I’ve been brainstorming leads for private capital, but I wanted to see if y’all had any other suggestions.

Primarily looking at places needing cosmetic fixes - new bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and paint...then getting tenants in.My true expertise is in marketing and advertising - I've been running digital, mobile, and social media advertising sales for the last decade - and I am more than happy to lend a hand to anyone needing brainstorming, ideas, strategy, or just back-and-forth discussion in this area.

Still brainstorming...Would greatly appreciate any insight or prior related experiences you all can offer.
