Its been sitting for about three years, it has a metal roof that is peelin back and coming loose, so i'm thinking new shingle roof and also siding.

@Tammy WiseTry 220 grit sand paper (the metal screen kind) with a good cleaner. 

@Wendell De Guzman  What would you do if  somebody came to you with a great deal that met all your criteria but they didn't have a much experience as you would want? 

Just a quick note about failed windows that have acquired condensation between the frames (more common on vinyl and other windows that don't have a visible metal spacer between the frames).

., nice vanity if you have room, get rid of old white metal medicine chest in wall, put in nice wood one with lots of light, new flooring, maybe tile around tub. 

I don't know the exact dimension, but it would be the standard size that works with the metal "H" stand that pushes into the ground. 

I am holding precious metals until it collapses then investing in real estate.

This is decent finishes, metal roof, granite, wood, custom tile shower with multiple heads, upgraded insulation, 16SEER HVAC (only needed 13SEER) etc...

There are literally 1000s of paint types, and most will not work in this application.PS - we did a metal roof on an IHOP restaurant, and for some reason they painted it This spring (original paint was in GREAT shape, and had 30+ years on it). 2 months later the "new" paint came off / became grey, and they just painted it second time, two shades off - I really have no idea why - probably corporate rebranding, as the also redid the exterior

@Juan Diaz,I lumped categorical implications based on capital movement, and the constraint of otherwise limits in the principle based from mainstream economics; land, money, labor, and commodities, where money knows no border yet labor is monetized as a commodity just like the intrinsic value of a precious metal, or the value of crops.
