Well that will be bitter sweet..

So far, all I can gather from your posts is your bitterness toward ONE Agent who, based on your interpretation, tried to persuade you to complete a deal you ultimately decided did not suit your best interests.

You can get upset and bitter about it and resolve to trying to sling whatever mud you can find, doesn't change the facts.

As children we were regaled with stories of shopping on Broad Street that rivalled 5th Ave.

You will also have a clear conscience, will sleep better at night and won't be as bitter against them as you would if you tried to take any sort of personal revenge. 

It's always nice to look like the good guy when you're a landlord because it's easier to work with happy tenants rather than bitter tenants.

Don’t start harvesting at 50% maturity (or even earlier as often promoted on forums and weekend guru seminars/ podcasts) or you’ll find a noticeable bitter aftertaste.

There's already talk of rent riots to rival what happened in the depression (look up what the tenants did when the marshalls came).

@Yvette May, Sorry to say, but your tenant knows exactly what she's doing, hoping you'll give up, lose your cool so she can play this out til the bitter end.
