PS there is usually a mandatory mediation clause in those board of realtors Purchase and sale agreement at least in many of the markets I work.. that could be worth a shot... that will only cost you a few grand..

Hey everyone, I know the Wichita forum isn't that active but I figured I would give it a shot.

This may not be a viable strategy with on market properties in a competitive market where you only have one shot at an offer.

Check the temp at the thermostat, may it's shot? 

I love the Marietta area because its close enough to the city to have things to do but it is a quick shot just a few minutes from parks and outdoor space.

Or, if I'm truly looking to hold for 15 years +, take a shot and go for it?

Residential prices have definitely shot up after already being on an upward trajectory with the lower inventory in both counties. 

I prefer to give the BRRRR method a shot.
