Would I have to go back give each building a purchase value and part of the depreciation based upon the package and then pay the taxes on that one or would I have to pay capital gains on all of the depreciation I've accumulated for all three?

Hi,When I took a rental property last year I had borrowed some money out of my retirement fund to use it as down payment, For past few months I didn't find any good rental property so I had accumulated some money, Would you recommend to pay off the borrowed money or have the money as sort of down payment towards the next property.Regards,Dham
