Mortgage Down Payment

Hi,

When I took a rental property last year I had borrowed some money out of my retirement fund to use it as down payment, For past few months I didn't find any good rental property so I had accumulated some money, Would you recommend to pay off the borrowed money or have the money as sort of down payment towards the next property.
