In general the further west you go in that zip code the class location improves.

I am a life-long resident of West Virginia and will more than likely always stay in WV.

Also, there is a shortage of housing and a very high demand for rentals due in part to being a tourist town, but also because of an influx in people on coming from the west coast. 

I would have moved there but with Grand kids all on the west coast it was not an option.
