On my spreadsheet that I use to track monthly expenses, I have the round trip miles to various places I would go from the rental unit like home, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc.

Works with  80+% of reasonably priced commercial properties occupied by a CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar General etc. in the US.I wouldn't sell the "how" for a million bucks.

By contrast, the cheap sheets we got at Walmart dry quickly and hold up wonderful.

My 18-year-old kid was making $18.50 an hour stocking shelves at Walmart and $17 an hour at McDonalds, both entry-level jobs that anyone can get, and both paid enough that he could afford any 2-bedroom apartment in town.

I think you can get plans anywhere these days...even Wal-Mart sells drawings for SFR.

Half mile down the road, a 5 year old WalMart and large retail strips.    

It's a couple of miles from home depot and Walmart.

I oftentimes tell people: "We are not the Wal-Mart of Property Management."

Big name stores less likely to go out of business like Walmart, Target, grocery stores, etc..?
